Hi, nice to meet you! 
I'm Luciana.

I am a project manager specialized in digital collaboration and digital learning. After growing up in Latin America, I moved to Europe and am Paris-based. I graduated in Communications and have an MSc in Marketing and Management from IAE de Paris, the Business School of Panthéon-Sorbonne University. I have a professional specialization in Digital Learning Project Management and am also Scrum certified.


After several years as a Team Lead of Client Services for a prestigious luxury department store, I discovered a passion for helping teams learn and develop. I've since worked as Digital Learning Manager for higher education establishments in France, such as ESCP Business School and Paris Dauphine University. 


I'm currently working for OpenClassrooms, working in the Learning Quality department developing quality enhancement projects for our made-to-measure learning programs.

My academic background includes a degree in Communications, complemented by an MSc in Management from the prestigious IAE de Paris, the Business School of Panthéon-Sorbonne University. I've honed my skills with a professional specialization in Digital Learning Project Management and have a Scrum Product Owner certification.


I've had the privilege of acting as Digital Learning Manager at higher education institutions in France, including ESCP Business School and Paris Dauphine University. My journey led me to OpenClassrooms, where I was part of the Learning Quality department. There, I played a role in creating bespoke learning programs tailored for high-profile clients such as L'Oréal and BNP Paribas. At the group Le Monde, as Senior L&D Manager for the group support functions, I ensured the smooth execution of learning and talent development initiatives.


I am currently a Global L&D Manager for the group Bel, where I lead the revamping of the learning function for 25 countries, as a member of the Talent and Employee Development CoE.
